Hi. what workout or excersice do u recomend me for losing belly fat? I wanna lose 20lbs and im 5'3... 22 yrs old.
Same question but a bit older 55 so the old hormones are my problem. Used to gave a waist but ohh dear it's disappeared sice the 'change' and I'd like it back. I do a lot of cycling, walking and some Pilates but struggling to shift the pounds and inches.
Also remember, abs are made in the gym, but shown in the kitchen
