Stick to a routine or change it up?

Should I or do you stick to certain workouts as a routine? Or do you just do random workouts for whatever part of your body your working out that day? For instance should I choose certain workouts for different parts of my body and stick with them till its not a workout anymore then change them or just do what ever? Which is also better for results?

Stick with it until it becomes easy and you no longer see results them switch.
