Kick start metabolism

So I'm really want to lose about 50-60 lbs. I've been doing to programs on here and trying to watch what I'm eating. But I really need some suggestions because I have never lost a large amount of weight before so I'm really flying blind. I need to do something that I can start seeing results otherwise I'm going to lose focus. Please if anyone can help me out w food / motivation/ suggestions. I would be super grateful!

Check out my topic post(not losing weight. Are you eating enough). To get you started on calorie consumption. Then stick with a mixture of cardio and weight training. Its a marathon not a sprint. It takes time, stay focused by setting little goals.

Wat is ur diet plan.?... If any?... Tell me then you can find ur problem..... Bcoz its 70% diet Wat matters n 30% exercise.... SO tell me ur diet plan

Well I dont really have a "diet" plan I've been eating healthy and count calories. I've been using the app "my fitness plan." Like I said I doing this blindly
