So I'm really want to lose about 50-60 lbs. I've been doing to programs on here and trying to watch what I'm eating. But I really need some suggestions because I have never lost a large amount of weight before so I'm really flying blind. I need to do something that I can start seeing results otherwise I'm going to lose focus. Please if anyone can help me out w food / motivation/ suggestions. I would be super grateful!
