What was the duration of your daily walks and run?

Well, I did all the 30 days challenges that I put in my profile and I put for the topics. Also I've use to run everyday but know I just run 3 times a week and for workouts too.

I drink a lot of water, and I mostly have salad and/or spinach everyday. I drink hot tea mostly everyday. No juice, no soda... well I only drink them once a while. Same goes for the unhealthy foods.
