Once your body get used to one workout switch it up you stay tone and the result will come alot faster its all about muscle confusion if u want to stay tone
Hi Holly, to get results, you need to switch things around because your body will get used to exercises.. what seems hard one day will feel like nothing in few weeks if you keep doing the same thing. As our bodies adjust, exercises stop working. it's human nature to adapt.. I love this app. There are so many exercises and programs you can keep going and keep increasing the difficulty as you progress.
