Constantly got tearin pains in my sides continue through the pain lol? Or seek medical advice lol also looking for a new diet plan as im eating whatever Im feelin at the time neeed some structure
No pain...no gain!!
It will depend on the pain of it's more of a burn that goes away after a while I think your good, but if it lingers then you should probably ease up and maybe see a medical doctor just to be sure. It's pointless working out just to tear a muscle and be sidelined for weeks or more.
