hows your diet?

I tried to stay under 2500 calories.

Protein shake in the morning with half almond milk half water.

Lunch I tried to get a salad from trader joes or a chicken salad wrap from trader joes.

Then for dinner I did a big bowl of fruit. Grapes cantaloupe watermelons mango and apples

For my workout I did lifting weights for about half an hour and then I try to do cardio for 20 minutes. I did that for 5 days during the week and I had the weekends off

Fish, chicken & turkey...plenty of fruits & veggies. My weakness is ice cream but I've bn doing really great. Any suggestions?

do u eat yogurt¿ yogurt a good go to also sherbet

besides eating fruit are u taking in any other carbs(oatmeal,brown rice,sweet potatoes? if not add one in your diet. unless then that u on point :)

Yes, I eat brown rice, oatmeal & whole grain wraps. Pasta maybe 5x a month.

I also make a great fruit smoothie w/ raspberries, mangos, mandarins, bananas, spinach, apples, cucumbers, pineapples, kiwis & 3oz yogurt & add Cardio for Life dietary supplement b4 my mornin' workouts. Makes about 3 servings.

I am Charlotte...go 2 the gym 4 x a wk for 1hr 45mins a day. Doing 45mins of cardio & 1hr of weight lifting.

Sounds like plan! I'm trying to get my weight back down again. I went from 253 to 206 but not eating right I'm back up to 237 so I'm at it again but this time I plan on keeping this weight off!
