Cardio flow, squats galore & strength trainin'.
Fish, chicken & turkey...plenty of fruits & veggies. My weakness is ice cream but I've bn doing really great. Any suggestions?

Yes, I eat brown rice, oatmeal & whole grain wraps. Pasta maybe 5x a month.
I also make a great fruit smoothie w/ raspberries, mangos, mandarins, bananas, spinach, apples, cucumbers, pineapples, kiwis & 3oz yogurt & add Cardio for Life dietary supplement b4 my mornin' workouts. Makes about 3 servings.

That's wassup Mike...congrats! My weight has always gone up & down. I'm determined & motivated 2 drop this 50lbs.
I am Charlotte...go 2 the gym 4 x a wk for 1hr 45mins a day. Doing 45mins of cardio & 1hr of weight lifting.
Remember to have breaks, drink lots of water, and have a good sleep :)
Workout complete...off to a great a.m. Motivation+Effort=Success!
