I want to lose weight and have stronger legs (thighs) and core muscles

legs:leg extensions,front squats,dumbbell walking lunges,leg press,lying leg curls calf rasies. weighted knee rasies,cable churches,medcine ball Russian twist. side planks dips. hope this helps good luck

To loos wight. .. The best option is cardio endurance training. For core and balance strenght u shoild consider pilates and powr yoga...as per weight training well this app has many suggestions. Just use the filter section to specify what you are trying to do and what time and accessories u have and it will give u many options. Have a try.
