Insanity is AMAZING!!!
So I've been doing insanity for about 2 weeks now and I'm already getting abs! At first I thought my legs got abit bulky but thats just the 'pump' your putting your muscles through.
Its so hard but you feel amazing once you've done, I'm suprised I can even complete it because I HATE high intensity cardio with passion but this is great.
I definitely recommend this to you all (only if you have a pretty good fitness level already though)
