What's a good workout to shrink love handles? Mine are getting smaller but it's one of my hard spots to get rid of.
Be careful with this part of the body... If at first you have a layer of fat on top of the muscle, you need to do mostly cardio before toning the muscle too much. If you dont, you will bulge up there. So first do cadrio to melt away the fat so it doesnt bulge. After that, then you may want to strengthen that muscle. Good luck!
