I got some samples of Shakology when I purchased Insanity. I liked them but I would like to know if they're worth the $?

Honestly haven't tried it myself, but you could probably make some yourself with a protein shake and fruits and veggies. A good blender like the Nutribullet that costs $100 at Wal-Mart works really well.

I'm actually ordering the 10 day samples today.

I've never had shakology so this is just my opinion.

P90x, insanity, etc are all owned by an umbrella company which produces shakology as part of their product line. So naturally they are going to try and market/up sell their own products to their consumers for the extra $$. Id suggest comparing samples of different shakes and protein powders for ingredients, nutritional value, cost, taste, solubility, and side effects (gas, bloating, diarrhea).

Hope this helps!

Hi Summer!

I drink shakeology daily and love it. It gives me the energy I need and the nutrients I dont always get from my daily nutrition.  The price was high for me, so I signed up to be a coach to get it at a discount.  You also get a discount if you sign up for Club and shipping is free of you sign up for the monthly auto ship.
