Im starting back on my weight loss journey I dont have a scale but measuring tape. I'm taking a trip to Miami so im really trying to look bikini ready really worried about the stomach area. I need help !! Im so new to this

How's your diet?  An your current. Cardio? Routine.  Eat lean protein chicken. Breast, turkey breast, lean beef, green veggies:spinach, asparagus, broccoli, kale leaves, whole. Grain;brown rice,sweet potatoes, oatmeal fruit:banana, pears,grapes,pineapples drink plenty water. Hope this helps u good luck
