Does green tea really help lose weight?

I don't know about losing weight. But from persona experience I've found that it curbs my appetite when I'm in the mood for some junk food.

The fastest way to lose weight and see results by the end of this coming week is to cut back on sugar intake. I'm not just talking about soda and sweets either. Sugar in everyday food. You can easily track this using my fitness pal app.

I've heard about my fitness pal I just didn't know how it works. I'm not a real big fan of sweets and soda but I never look at labels when I eat food either

That's definitely a contributor to the weight gain. Always look at labels. The app is pretty simple. Just scan the label of what you're eating or manually look it up.

Im not sure but i heard 3 cups of tea can help you burn 80 calories
