Your body isnt used to the sugary food after you eat healthy for a certain amount of time
  In other words, its very normal

Yup, because processed sugar isn't meant for human consumption. When you go on a body cleanse you will find that a lot of things will make you ill - fast food, anything in a box loaded with table salt and preservatives - fun fact, my buddy set a McDonald's and Wendy's burger and fries out on his counter for 3 years,  that's right, it actually survived for that long out in open air - no mold on any of it, and it still looks like he just bought it. Imagine what that crap does to your insides...

Really three years? Did the meat ever start to stink? I started ths experiment with McDonalds frys once they just got hard but didn't seem to change ... Man I didn't knw the hamburgers did the samething...so gross!

No smell or anything - and I'm talking the WHOLE burger - bread, cheese, ketchup, onions
