Hello everyone! I'm new to the forums, and I'm trying to find a work out to do, at home, with no weights or anything. My main goal is to try and lose weight, with a daily work out. Anyone have any suggestions for a weight loss work out that showed results? If so, how many days did you do it? I'm looking for something in the "moderate" range, as I'm just starting to work out and "casual" feels like I'm doing nothing, and "intense" feels like I might die. lol just a little lost, here! (Also, yes, I'm also eating healthy along with the work outs). Thank you!
Just keep doing what your doing any type of cardiovascular exercise along with how your already eating right will work.. my advice is to go with the intense workouts go as hard and long as u can and stop whn you need to..you'll be surprised in a few weeks if you go back to that one u thought u were going to die in how much easier its gotten ..consistency is key I can't give you and exact answer to how long...just keep doing it
