Here's some Food Tips :)
Get rid of Sugar & Salt. Chips, Chocolate Bars & Soda are a no go.
When you snack try to find things that have protein in them such as almonds, pistachios, sunflower seeds but try not to go over board on eating a lot of them. Like I mentioned, protein bars and protein shakes. I found that Almond Milk goes best with Vanilla Whey Protein. Your Green Veggies are high in protein such as spinach, broccoli, asparagus. Fruits that boost your metabolism are Raspberries & blueberries. 1 banana 2-3 times a week. Other things which are good to eat also are Lima Beans, Flaxseed, Kidney Beans, Soybeans, Brown Rice, Brown Pasta, Plain Oatmeal, Whole Grain Bread, Natural Peanut Butter. Potatoes and Yams, only 1 med one per day. Mushrooms, Onions and Minced Garlic. Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Any meat that you eat make sure it's Lean. Meats are Lean Ground Beef, lean ground turkey, chicken breasts, turkey breasts, steak, tuna, egg whites or boiled eggs. Yogurt, Low Fat Cottage Cheese.
