Food after training
I work until 17:00 and making dinner when I get home. After that, I go to the gym and working out. I'm home again at 20.00, what can I eat then? I usually eat yogurt with musli, after the training but should I rather eat something else? I'm trying to lose my weight. I am thankful for your advice
As long as your fulfilling your macro nutrients for the day..it doesn't matter...
