Green Tea for weight loss?

There are number of health benefits from green tea.I am diabetic patient and on recommendation of my doctor I used to take it daily. as green tea reduces glucose level in body.This tea contain antioxidants which destroy free radicals and toxins in our body.

Heard I rumour that green tea is effective in assisting weight loss combined with a good diet. Anyone know how true it is?

All I'm sure of is green tea is good for your metabolism, it speeds it up so in a way I guess it could!

Yeah...but drink only twice in a day...the best is" warm water wit honey n lime" drink in the morning...also u can have muesli, corn flakes,oats for breakfast... : )
