What workouts are best for losing weight??
A healthy diet is most important. The best exercise i would suggest is cardio. Also strenght training would only benefit u. So much to say more about this, but those r the basics... Good luck!
Hey Mariah the best ways to burn fat are high intensity strength training workouts. If your not sure what they are I've posted a few that I run in my boot camp classes in my pictures. Try them out if you want!
