You don't have to eliminate all of your snacks,but if you are trying to get into shape & be more healthy you can substitute your snack for a different version,like for instance if you eat potato chips,switched to baked chips,cakes,cookies & candy you can break away from them (try a mousseĀ» or low calorie/fat pudding they're just as satisfying),it isn't easy I know but you can do it. Just believe in yourself more,you'll be able to cut down and completely off if you choose :) hope I've helped some,have a blessed weekend.
