ikinda need help! lol the deal is i workout twice aday da first session is cardio like for 80 min and at night iworkout ma arms nd left some weights.. da problem is istay up pretty late and ofcourse watchin tv or whatever then iget bored nd food is da first thing pops up on ma mind plus itend to emotional eating then iblame ma self ..though earlier ibe stickin to me diet ..da whole problems is da night ..so iwonder does dis hinder me from da couple of pounds iwanna lose or will make gain weight? so any answers

Me I don't have a diet I just eat protein and carbs when I want it takes some time for progress but I have fun doing it so I don't care

When you hungry eat fruit vegetables or make smoothie

You can eat some dates they have very high calorie count so eat before workout.
And don't work out so late. It's not good and healthy.
If you workout late you will want to eat to get the calories carbs and minerals so work out before late time and than eat dates or something with high calories to sustain body energy levels.
An dog cab have some cheat days too it's ok to cheat once in a while.
