I have this agreement with people everyday. I think 4 to 5 is best. Some people dont seem to agree and say its to much,.

4 days a week 1 hr or more at a time. Plus heavy bag and elliptical at home. Love doin this. Nothing makes you feel better.
3 times in the gym 3times in water swimming for 1 and a half hour i think that's enough ^^
Workout 6days a week but mixing it up so the same muscles dont get tired everyday.
Planet fitness is not a real gym... so doesn't count
I go to the gym 5 days a week. It's weird going any less.
I workout at home three times a day for five days. I don't go to the gym cuz I have three boys including one with illnesses. I have lost a lot of wieght thou even thou I don't go to a gym.
I do five days a week and light weekend workout. it doesn't burn out my body. As long as you get the right nutrients. But everyone is different.
6 times a week
