I've gained 10 pounds since Thanksgiving. OK I know that's not a lot but we all know what happens. It goes mostly to the middle. I've always had a flat stomach.... No six pack but flat. I feel those muscles under the day. What ab workout on this app has worked for you all? Any advice.....

Losing fat is much more important than doing ab workouts. Try to focus on cardio and then ab workouts.
