Fast and easy way to lose weight? Any tricks or secrets to share?

A good diet is a huge part of it. Set a calorie intake amount. I use an app called noom coach to keep track of my calories daily. I have been eating right and working out since the middle of January and I am down 22 pounds as of now. And yes, I do take days off of working out usually 2 a week and I do a cheat day once a week usually but I am still mindful and track the calories! Good luck on your weigh lose!

A diet rich in lean protein, mostly vegetables and fruit, no dairy, or processed foods, no preservatives, and add some morning green smoothies, try Paleolithic diet

Drink green tea. Chew bubble gum. And lastly, find a POSTER of the person with ideal body you would like to achieve and post it somewhere you will always see it.

I bought myself a few incentive clothes, like a two piece swim suit, some dresses, and stuff like that. One of the dresses already fits :)
