The best advice: if you can't grow it or it doesn't come from a farm (milk, eggs, ect.) Then DONT buy it! Stock up on fruits veggies lean meats and some grains like quionao (sp?) And maybe one bottle of evoo to use for cooking! For breakfast get yourself some egg white and make an omelette with spinach and veggies and a very small amount of cheese. For lunch maybe do a salad with salmon or chicken and dinner you could do veggies with salmon or chicken? Thats just what my daily meals are!(:

Don't buy anything that'll make you want to over-eat like chips.
