I'm with you, I cannot cut meat out of my diet. I just love meat
Try to eat more greens. Veggies such as cucumbers, broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, avacados, etc.
Add fruits in your diet such as apples, bananas, watermelons, berries, etc.
Try eating less red meat, that's the unhealthy stuff. Eat chicken, turkey, ham, fish, salmon.
More foods you can enjoy-
Wheat breads, brown rice, low fat yogurts,low fat/skim milk, cereals, almonds, nuts, crackers, dark chocolate, eggs,
mushrooms, chick peas, hummus, peppers, onions, potatoes
