Ok so ive lost 30 pounds so far and im still trying to lose weight but one of my BIGGEST problem areas is my stomach. Can some one help me and give me some ideas or ways to lose it?
Maybe work out your abs.
Uve lost 30 pounds...keep doing what your doing...be consistent and patient you'll get their
Training the muscles at your stomach won't burn the fat in this area. You can't control where you lose fat! Just diet and do cardio.
