I love to workout But Its difficult for me. When im enjoying my workout I have to drop sometimes because my back fat begans to hurt so bad that Its difficult for me to push forward with my ABS exercise how can i lose back far so i can workout easier.

You can't start where you lose weight. You just have to keep pushing! Try so ups. You'll start to lose all over.

Healthy eating and cardio will help loose the fat. Strenghten your core. Do pelvic tilts, bridges, abdominal draws(think about sucking your stomach in and hold) and bird dogs. Work up to doing arm and leg raises while holding a pelvic tilt before you get into crunches and more advanced abdominal exercises.
