Cravings Anyone?

Does anyone have any tips on how to fight cravings for sweets and chips? I don't really eat a lot of food but I'm HUGE on snacking. Please help

I read online that vanilla scent makes u crave for sweets less..try it! :)

I eat frozen grapes really good

I eat frozen grapes as well. They're sweet and its easy to control portion. Not that there's much control needed with grapes but they have calories and I've been close to my calorie intake limit so could only eat 10.. very satisfying.

I eat sweet potatoes and bananas and drink lots of water it helps .
