Nada, from one of the earlier posts I knew that you are from Russia. You have kettlebells there. Kettlebell workouts & especially ballistics moves (swings, snatches, ckeans) are like a 3 x 1 workout (it's cardio + strength + Hiit).
A workout can take between 15 to 30 mins 3 times a week. Add a good diet & there is a good chance you will lose weight
However I have the feeling that you are slim from your pic. You might need to get toned not lose weight
