I hate cardio exercises and want to loose Wight

If u want to loose weight and don't like cardio exercises, you can do HIIT workouts

Nada, from one of the earlier posts I knew that you are from Russia. You have kettlebells there. Kettlebell workouts & especially ballistics moves (swings, snatches, ckeans) are like a 3 x 1 workout (it's cardio + strength + Hiit).
A workout can take between 15 to 30 mins 3 times a week. Add a good diet & there is a good chance you will lose weight😊
However I have the feeling that you are slim from your pic. You might need to get toned not lose weight😊

I actually run my own buissness and I deal with drinks and shakes that helps reduce body fat and gives you protien if you would like to know more KIK ME  AT JWEAVE41 please only if your serious about changing your life
