Runing issues

Im 190 lbs and height 5'8. Cn i start running? Like 10 min a day. My friends say i cnt cuz im kind of fat right nw.need help.

Your friend lying u can run for 10min u might feel super tired the 1st couple of day but as long u stay hydrated u can do it

Of course you can, just take it easy and build up your stamina. After warm up, start jogging for 2 mins, then walk for 4, repeat. Next time running reduce your walking by 1 min each segment. I used a great app c25k, which if you follow will really help. I used it and run 3x per week now up to 10k.

Oh and i'm 5' 11" and was 240 lbs (now 215 and falling)
