Im 190 lbs and height 5'8. Cn i start running? Like 10 min a day. My friends say i cnt cuz im kind of fat right nw.need help.

Of course you can, just take it easy and build up your stamina. After warm up, start jogging for 2 mins, then walk for 4, repeat. Next time running reduce your walking by 1 min each segment. I used a great app c25k, which if you follow will really help. I used it and run 3x per week now up to 10k.
