Hi I'm new here...I'm 29 yrs old looking to lose weight ..any tips or tricks would be appreciated definitely could use the motivation/encouragement and any specific workouts please let me know...

Hello welcome 
Foods you should include in your daily diet-
Veggies such as cucumbers, broccoli, lettuce, cabbage, carrots, eggplant, tomatoes, avacados
Fruits; strawberries, blackberries, watermelon, melons, banana, orange, kiwi, apples
Wheat breads, brown rice, low fat yogurts,low fat/skim milk, cereals, almonds, nuts, crackers, dark chocolate, eggs, 
mushrooms, chick peas, hummus, chicken, turkey, peppers, onions, garlic, potatoes, salmon, fish, pomegrante, kale
Cut back on-
Sodas, chips, breads, Chocolate, bacon, sunflower seeds, ranch, creamy salad dressings , red meats, oils, butter, cream cheese, bagels, ice cream, sweet drinks, alchohol, mayo, donuts, hot dogs, whole milk, fast foods, And most of the frozen stuff
Some workouts you can try out -
Lianas Workout Session
Heart Healthy Cardio
AAA Battery Workout!
Killer Bod, Brah!

Look for fitness motivation photos on google. 
Workout with a buddy for extra motivation.

Thank u so much Liana!!! I'm definitely doing good on the food part I have been watching what I eat for the last couple of wks not to much on junk food and don't drink sodas so that is a plus but definitely need to do something about the workout part. I will make sure try some of ur suggested wkouts and keep watching the foods..thanks a bunch!!!
