Somebody just told me that counting calories and working out doesnt help at all, that I need to live my life as I used to and only cut down sugar. They even said to me that I should not eat smaller portions...
They were like "if u wanna lose weight, dont eat chocolate but you may eat 2 dishes of food". And those words came out from the mouth of someone whos supposed to know about this stuff
That somebody doesnt know what he is talking about.
