So
Today I ate roast turkey (not stuffed) with spaghetti, you know with tomato(and the turkey's) sauce, all homemade.
How many calories could a plate have?!?

Helpppp

Like someone said you could download an app... or go online to calorieking.com and they are pretty good about having a lot of foods in their database. Sometimes it is hard to pinpoint how many calories exactly you consume. ..everyonce in a while eating something bad wont kill you...just make sure the rest of your meals are good and you will be fine!

MyFitnessPal would be able to do that for you. It's free and has iPhone and Android apps. Plus it'll give you the macronutrient breakdown.

I am using an app called Nutritionist and it has a very large database of food and ingredients. Since it is homemade, you know exactly how much tomatoes, spaghetti, etc you put. From there you can calculste the calories.
