Sure you can. I'll suggest eating 1500kcals a Day in lean Meat fruits and veggies. And you have to burn about 1000kcals from excersise every Day. (Thats about a 20 kilometer walk.) Then you May make it.
Or you can use DNP and loose it in like 1 week without dieting. Seriusly it works!!!!! You can buy it off the internet (just note that it May cook you from the inside out)
Fore you 2-4 kilo in 1m is way more realistic.
