I have one month to loose 7 kilos , can i ?!?!?!

It depends what your weight right now is.. It's easier to lose a lot if weight if you have more to lose.. But if it's the last 15 then no it would be unhealthy and you'll only gain it all back

Now my weight is 57 , but this 7 kilos i gained it in 2 or 3 months because i stopped doing sport and i eat so much this days

Sure you can. I'll suggest eating 1500kcals a Day in lean Meat fruits and veggies. And you have to burn about 1000kcals from excersise every Day. (Thats about a 20 kilometer walk.) Then you May make it.

Or you can use DNP and loose it in like 1 week without dieting. Seriusly it works!!!!! You can buy it off the internet (just note that it May cook you from the inside out)

Or surgery.

Fore you 2-4 kilo in 1m is way more realistic.
