Hey everyone . I was recently recover from anorexic and now develop binge disorder through out this recovery i gain 10 pounds .
I now realize that having anorexic before makes me lose my muscle weight . I want to tone down my body . What kinds of meal plans,excercise and cardio should i do in order to lose this flabby fat out of my body btw my current weight is 120 pounds 5'4 and im 17. Please help me i want to recover and tone my body .hope a few positive comments will help me throughout this whole toning process
