Best diet and workout for women

I dont eat pasta or bread too often and sometimes as a normal human being i also cant help myself from eating junk foods .i become lazy too workout and i got flabby thighs right now :( . Mind sharing tips and tricks to diet ( healthy one ) and best intense workout for 17 years old me

Tips: First, Write down your weight loss goal and under that list reasons "why" you want to reach that goal (I.e. more energy, better health, feel/look great, inspire others, etc.) and read it daily. Second, Take Action- start eating less sweets/sugar, drink alot more water, eat more wholesome healthier foods, the less you eat sugary foods/drinks the less you'll crave it (I guarantee that). Workout on a daily basis, no matter how long or short just keep moving everyday (squats, high knees, pushups, situps, start with the basics). And before you know it you'll start not only feeling better but looking better, be relentless . Good Luck
