Robert, I am getting back into working out too!!!! Not sure how your running and biking are, but I'm sure you could fine training routines for that. I use a jogging for beginners to help me with my running. I put the running in this app. This helps me keep track of my intervalsNot sure if I've seen anything for biking.  You can also pick up a monthly challenge for you abs!!!! Check Pinterest for these. Jogging For Beginners Week 2 is one that I created from the runners for beginners chart.

Depending on where you live, I would look into find a nice park. I have one by me that has a 4 mile walking/running/biking track around it plus a smaller track inside the park itself. I just got back into using this app as well so I am still trying to find some good workouts. But, you can also look into local classes that are offered at local gyms or YMCA. ^_^ Good Luck.
