I'm 15 yrs old, 1,76 and I weight 64 kilos. I got in a 1000-1200 calorie program about a month ago(maybe 3 weeks) and I managed to lose 1 kilo.(I was 65) My belly is really fit, but I would like to have thinner legs. What should I do? Thank u in advance.
Try lunges during walks. That helps out a lot. There are a few good leg workouts but I'm still trying to find the best one as well. good luck!
