Working on Thighs & butt
What would you say is the BEST workout to tone your thighs and butt. I walk 4 miles 3 days a week, and the other days I hit the gym and work on my arms (and sometimes my legs). But I am trying to find the best way to tone my butt and thighs and that will help me lose the weight too. I'm trying to lose 60 lbs.
All of these with weight:
Squats (and any variation, such as sumo squats, narrow squats, split squats)
Deadlifts (again, variations too, such as stiff legged)
Lunges (and variations! Side lunges, reverse lunges)
Glute bridges (sometimes called Yoga Bridges or Hip Raises)
Every two to three days or so I do three sets of squats, walking lunges, calf raises, sumo squats, side lunges, calf raises with my toes pointed in, stiff legged deadlifts, and glute bridges, all with weight. It's really been working, and it's a circuit that will definitely get your heart rate up too!
