Best protein for women

Hi, I was wondering if any women could recommend any protein used to have before a work out? Not looking to gain big muscles!! Must taste good too!

Try to find protein in natural things such as chicken, other meats, or egg whites! (: if you're not hungry after a work out you could always just drink a protein shake but those aren't always good for you!

Chocolate Protein shakes are good. But some people don't agree. I'd try it out. ❤

I found if you mix peanut butter and milk with chocolate flavored whey protein it  tastes like a  regular milkshake !  I like 6star nutrition  it is inexpensive and it doesn't taste chalky .  If you dont want the added calories you can just mix with water instead of milk .

The best protein is from your food .. N protine Dsnt make you muscly it's for recovery in managed portions :)

i tried chocolate protein and the result was to get hurgry later the night maybe because it was too sweet i think but i m really searching for a good protein shake if y have any ideas

I usually like to end a good workout with a 1/2 cup very low fat cottage cheese with some thrown in cherry tomatoes sprinkled with pepper. 

If I happen to be out I will find some chicken breasts that are grilled or quickly grill one up with maybe some mrs. Dash on it for flavor. (I usually have chicken breasts in the fridge leftovers).

If all else fails I keep back up canned chicken breasts (like the tuna fish that comes in a can) but those are high in sodium....that's my last resort.
