Hey! In order to lose some weight you need to mix up cardiovascular exercises (running, etc.) With some strength training. Also, remember to eat a healthy diet (try to reduce table sugar and reduce carbs from items such as bread). There is no one fits all for weight loss exercise. The one that works the best is the one that you will stick with!
