Nearly had a heart attack... time to get serious!

Last night my blood pressure hit way over hypertension. 170/100. 180 is a heart attack... I've gotten serious with diet and exercise many times, did great. Then gave up. Over and over again for years! I am only 22... never had blood pressure problems up until now. Hoping the scare will help me realize exactly how important this is.

But do it step by step, don't over do it.

3 1/2 years ago I had a stroke, I weighed 240lbs. I was in a coma for 2 days. My blood pressure was 240 over 140. Now days I got it in check (123 over 79 and weigh 183lbs). That was a serious wake up call for me. Now I hit the gym on a regular basis and I'm careful with what I put in my body. The stroke was one of the best things that happened to me because now I take care of myself.
