Hi guys I need a little help asyou know im just a begginer I jist started over a week ago so please help me what are some tips you can give to loose weight ?

If it's tummy .. That equals diet .. Squats can burn the most cals but please learn good technique first .. Start off slow then work yur way into more intense exercises .. N beginners shouldn't spend longer then 30 mins in the gym to start .. So get a app that calculates yur cals n macro intake for the day n you'll start seeing results :) goodluck
