Just looking for ways to lose fat in my chest area.
According to the current info, you can't choose where to lose fat. You can exercise an area to build muscle, but your body draws energy from fat all over your body. So, anything that burns calories...eating less and exercising more, usually cardio, so that you burn more calories in a day than you eat (caloric deficit) will cause fat to disappear. Pushups and other chest building exercises will help add better shape under the fat, to complement any weight loss.
Genetics plays a huge part on fat storage on the chest. Get your bodyfat % below 9% and you'll see it lean out. I tend to carry more on my chest then some. So I have to keep my bodyfat below 12% or I look like I have man boobs. Sad truth
Quit smoking man (if you do)... It is the main reason for man boobs
Lol no I don't smoke, I hate that smell. But I have been around a lot of smokers.
