Eating fruits only will help you to lose weights…?
is it a healty diet?

No. Absolutely not balanced! U need all nutrients to survive. Fruit, as well as Vegs, must be part of a diet including complex carbs (pasta, cereals, potato) proteins (meat, beans, eggs, Fish, cheese) and fats (evo). If U eat fruit only: 1) that will make U weaker (i also risk anemia) 2) U will regain all the weight lost as soon as U eat normal again.

Fruits are good, but your body also needs nutrients not provided by fruits. You still need carbo and protein, thus, balancing the consumption is the key.

Humans have survived on just fruits and nuts. I would certainly add something more to your diet. Eggs, nuts, and veggies

While I agree an all fruit diet isn't the healthiest.. The sugar you get from fruit is a different type of sugar than the type you'd get from eating a candy bar.. Fruit is a healthy sugar.. Just like there are good fats and bad fats.. The good fats help you lose weight and so do the good sugars you get from fruit.. Please tell me if I'm wrong

Yes fruit has sugar in it. Also contains antioxidants amd vitamins. Who gets fat eating an apple? Don't be afraid of the natural fruit. Just eat it! Lol

Fruits have a high GI... What it means is that they shoot your blood sugar fast. Its not bad if done at the right times.. That is after exercise or when you wake up in the morning and your body needs energy. So go for fruit but not all the time.
