Fruits are good, but your body also needs nutrients not provided by fruits. You still need carbo and protein, thus, balancing the consumption is the key.
Humans have survived on just fruits and nuts. I would certainly add something more to your diet. Eggs, nuts, and veggies
Yes fruit has sugar in it. Also contains antioxidants amd vitamins. Who gets fat eating an apple? Don't be afraid of the natural fruit. Just eat it! Lol
Fruits have a high GI... What it means is that they shoot your blood sugar fast. Its not bad if done at the right times.. That is after exercise or when you wake up in the morning and your body needs energy. So go for fruit but not all the time.
