I am indian male predominantly vegetarian any suggestions for healthy diet

I am indian male 5'10" weighing 83kg i need aome suggestions regarding my diet since i am vegetarian so i think it would be quite difficult to get proper diet can anyone help me please ?

What I've noticed is that it's all about how much oil and salt is used. So dal and sabzi are good. With roti, opted for whole wheat roti and as for rice opted for brown rice. 

The point is to feel full and energized. What I noticed was when I ate foods rich in enriched flour, I would feel tired and want more food to keep me awake or energized.

Your best bet is to start searching the internet for various vegetarian help sites. Try search terms like "vegetarian" "vegetarian nutrition" "vegetarian protein" "vegetarian fitness" and anything you think of. Start following some blogs. There is a ton of info out there and you need to sort through it to see what works for you.
