It seems that I have lost 3kgs but there is no difference on my body. I was 59kgs and now I'm 56.
Shouldnt I be able to see some fat loss? :/
Maybe you should do a little bit of weight training to tone your body so you will also see changes on your body.
Have you also ask your family and friends if they have seen any changes, perhaps they see changes you don't see.
Also take a look at your body mass if there are any changes.
What do u mean by body mass?
And if I am more toned up, do I get to see changes more easily and quickly?
I mean that you should take Measurements and compare them after a couple of time if there are any changes
