Need some motivation, inspiration and work out buddies!! I am 5'6 and weigh 225. I'd like to lose about 80 pounds. I am working out 5 days a week. I have been eating salad, fruit salad, I drink about 110 oz of water a day, take a one a day womans vitamin, and going for extra walks after my workouts. I need to keep up what I'm doing so I need some support here.
I don't have any protein shakes, should I?
