Need some motivation, inspiration and work out buddies!! I am 5'6 and weigh 225. I'd like to lose about 80 pounds. I am working out 5 days a week. I have been eating salad, fruit salad, I drink about 110 oz of water a day, take a one a day womans vitamin, and going for extra walks after my workouts. I need to keep up what I'm doing so I need some support here.

It sounds like your on the right track. Good for you. stay motivated! keep your end result in mind and stay positive. I find having work-out buddys is really motivating for me. That's the nice thing about this app. Alot of people are more than willing to help and they also understand the struggle to become fit and healthy. Its never easy but its always worth it.

I a wellness coach for Herbalife and protein is the most important thing you should be drinking within 30min after your workout.
