Does anyone on here have any good recipes/ mixes for making detox water?? I have been eating bad over Easter and want to clean out my system and get back to my healthy diet.

Honestly just water and lemon will help clean you out or to make it more simple just drink lots and lots and lots of water, your body will do the work for you.

You should try water, cut up slices of cucumber and lemon. Let it sit overnight and then drink it all day. Its really good, especially if you need to change up your water intake

There is this diet named KITOSIS wich consists in eating only protein and vegetables for 3 days and drink only distilled water this is ONLY 3 DAYS...look after it in google, i've done it and it works.
